VINYASA YOGA FLOW CLASS

New Yoga Class
Day: Thursday
Time: 7pm (19:00)
Class description: A 60 minute Vinyasa yoga flow class for all levels. Aimed at developing strength, flexibility and balance by linking movement with breath you will enjoy the benefit of a Vinyasa practice finishing with a nourishing relaxation leaving you feeling completely balanced in body and mind. This class is suitable for those with a little yoga experience.
Venue: Aughton Village Hall, Winifred Lane, Aughton, L39 5DH
Access: Aughton Village Hall has step free access and free parking.
Cost: £9 per class or 4 class bundle £30
